Energise builds the platform for organisations that teach, assess and hold people to a standard. We come from the world we build for - our background is in education, inspection and assessment - so our products reflect how the job actually works in practice, not how it looks on a process diagram.
We build three connected products:
- Accelerate - portfolio- and challenge-based learning, delivered at scale
- Adapt - a measurement and recommendations platform that turns your data into what to do next
- Assure - governance, compliance and quality assurance against any framework
They work together as one platform, and each works on its own. We are proving them in education first, and building them to work in any sector that teaches, measures and assures.
A track record you can check
We are a small company that has quietly built serious things. We built much of the technology behind the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM), one of the country’s largest maths-education programmes. And our Accelerate platform powers ASDAN’s Equitas programme, used by thousands of learners.
Along the way we have also worked with organisations including Etio, Tribal Group, Ofsted, MEI and BecomingX - on the kind of quiet, business-critical work that only gets trusted to people who deliver.
Our story
I started Energise in 2017 to help education organisations get more from technology, and to build software that takes the pain out of their day-to-day governance and delivery.
We began in consultancy and digital strategy, trusted with business-critical work for organisations like Ofsted, ASDAN, MEI and Tribal, and we built much of the technology behind the NCETM. Over time, what we learned building for others became products of our own: Accelerate, Adapt and Assure.
We have been supported hugely by our customers, who stayed loyal in the early years and turned into genuine, long-term partnerships. That is what let us grow the team and our delivery, and it is still how we like to work: as an extension of your team, honest and candid, technology in service of the job.
Today we are a small, senior, product-led team, still based in the Cotswolds, and we would be delighted to work with you.
